  • Who is SheMovesDXB designed for?

    Women relocating to Dubai who want clarity, safety, verified property support and a smooth transition into their new life. Whether you are moving alone or with a partner, SheMovesDXB ensures you are not navigating the process on your own.

  • How are your agents verified?

    All agents in the SheMoves Verified Network are RERA licensed, women safe and screened for ethics, transparency, reputation and building knowledge. They work independently but follow SheMoves service standards to protect your interests at all times.

  • Do you negotiate contracts or act as a broker?

    No. SheMovesDXB is a concierge service. We provide guidance, clarity, red flag spotting and structured support. All rental or purchase agreements are signed directly with your agent or landlord.

  • Can I choose my preferred areas?

    Yes. Before your search begins, you complete a lifestyle and budget analysis. Your shortlist and viewings are always aligned with your preferred areas, commute needs and lifestyle choices.

  • Do you help with Airbnb stays while I search for a long term home?

    Yes. All packages include Airbnb sourcing based on your budget and location preferences. You receive a curated selection that balances safety, convenience and comfort.

  • Are airport pickups included?

    Yes. All packages include a luxury airport pickup with a professional driver who meets you at the arrivals hall and takes you to your temporary accommodation.

  • Do you assist with moving in and utilities?

    Yes. You receive guidance and step by step instructions for DEWA, internet, mobile provider, air conditioning or chiller, and gas connection setup. You also receive a contract review checklist before signing.

  • How long does the support last?

    Each package has a defined support period.
    Essentials: 7 days
    Premium: 14 days
    Luxe: 21 days
    Ultimate: 30 days

  • Can I upgrade my package later?

    Yes. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference in package price.

  • Do you offer add on services?

    Yes. Add ons include PRO and visa application support, personal driver (daily, weekly or monthly), personal assistant (daily, weekly or monthly), additional viewing days, and customised lifestyle support.

  • Do you find apartments outside of Dubai?

    Yes, on request. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and RAK can be added through a custom package.

  • How early should I book?

    Two to four weeks before your move is ideal. This gives time to understand your preferences, prepare your shortlist and arrange viewings. Last minute relocations can also be supported depending on availability.

  • What if I am not in Dubai yet?

    SheMovesDXB can complete the entire search remotely. You receive virtual viewings, neighbourhood briefings and detailed guidance until you arrive.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Refunds are offered only if the service has not started and no work has been completed. Once your consultation or sourcing begins, the fee becomes non refundable due to the time invested.
